"No, I'm telling you... he felt that!"
SERIES OVERVIEW
“Tears of GodTM” is the story of a program in early 2012 where a shadow government controls a corrupt government with a goal of gaining total control of the people.
The story follows a group of special forces as they test a new system that is soon to be released for the military. The system is promoted as a game simulation that the players experience through an augmented reality system. In reality, and unknown to the testers, the system is a piloting program where their actions are lived out in real time by genetically engineered clones whose sole purpose is to provide a disposable army.
The “Tears of GodTM” program is headed by a man who has plans to control the world governing body by force. He controls the soldiers that are pilot testing for him as they unwittingly act out his will and commit atrocities in reality. Problems arise when a competing faction begins to develop a similar system.
The shows plot is predetermined and very compelling, however, the outcome of each show and season are completely controlled by the on-line gaming community. Simply put, we are going to allow the viewers to determine the results, and then show the consequences of their choices.
